In times of peace, in times of war, our new track Evening Creek is here for you to ball your eyes out to.
Turns out healing is needed all the time. We just happen to make that a little easier with an encouraging score.
Peace friends

I made a new album that’s out today called Ancestor Midwife (by @saltbreakermusic). It’s a tranquil ambient journey through the phases of childbirth and infancy as experienced through the timbres of acoustic and electronic instruments. This video is the story about the album name and concept. Check it out on Napster! Or whatever streaming platform feels good to you. #detroitmusic #ambient #childbirth #orb #dream by @johnmarkhanson

The new @yimesmusic video is here, Burnside Summer Night is an analog glimpse into the production of a summer concert. Shot on 16mm by @noahelliottmorrison and edited by @philipcarrel it tells a story of summer nostalgia, collaboration and natural beauty. The video is only a small portion of the people who actually performed on this track. It's the first track on our new album YY and it starts with a live recording int he garden. We took that riff into the studio and flushed it out with drums, strings and piano. We're so proud of the song and the album. And best news is we pressed it to vinyl and its available on our bandcamp page. Featuring @andrewtaetz -keys @yalirivlin -sax @vnesswolfchild -vocals, @briggance -drums, Jeffrey Neimeier - violin, @saltbreakermusic - bass and in the studio (behind the scenes) we had @michael.kropf.music -piano/organ/violin @johnwooddrums @bbfried -viola @jordanhamiltonmusic -cello @sansonica_music guitar @jeffrey_thiele -sax @duckduckchickenpics guitar mixed by @beaunoise mastered by @taylor12k
