One year in NYC! Cool.🗽 I’ve always known I’m supposed to be here. It just fits. But when I decided to move, nothing was certain or set. My bootstrapped business was losing money and I wasn’t earning enough to move. But all of that aligned only AFTER I committed to making it work. In two months we went cashflow positive, did a full product focus pivot, and I paid myself enough to live on. ➡️Decision and commitment precedes the unlock. A year later, we’ve doubled and then some. Grew the team, starting laying the foundations for a great brand. And have an exciting road ahead. Every day I wake up grateful. 2025 was all in. I decided to commit to the path and my dreams, and to do what that requires. It forced me to grow in every way. It was hard and lonely often. And it was beautiful and rewarding along the way. I’m so grateful for the vehicle that Levers has become for my purpose and growth. I love what I do. I love my friends and mission. I love to serve others and help lift them up. And I choose to move toward an expansive vision of the future every day. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Believe → decide → act → persevere → become. One conscious decision has infinite unconscious outcomes. We can’t decide all things all the time. What we can do is decide few times to put ourselves in the very best environment for success. Willpower will fail to a bad environment in the long run. A goldfish grows large in a pond but small in a tank. Creating “enriched” environments puts you on the right path. So sit down and audit your environments. What do I want more of? Less of?
