♡ Sometimes I look at these two versions of me and can’t believe they’re the same girl. The transformation goes so much deeper than what you see in these pictures, and I’m just getting started

I’ll never forget how much alcohol took from me, but I’m even more grateful for everything sobriety has given back ♡

Today, I’m sober, healthy, present, and genuinely thankful to be living a life I once didn’t think was possible ✿

♡ same girl, different chapter ♡
I don’t even recognize the version of me who took that first picture… and honestly, I’m grateful. ✿

Here’s to growing, healing, rebuilding, and becoming someone I’m genuinely proud of 🤍

addiction vs recovery -

one thing i’m forever thankful for and truly thank God every single day for is my sobriety - for someone who has fallen off 100 times and had to get back up it’s so amazing to say i’m clean & sober.

if you’re struggling with any type of vice or issue, just know change is possible and we do recover ♡

If I could restart my 250+ lb weight-loss journey, these are 5 things I’d do differently… ♡

Not because I regret my journey, but because I know now what I wish I knew then. So much of this has been learning how to actually care for myself, not just change my body. ✿

If you’re at the beginning of your journey, give yourself more grace than I gave myself. You don’t have to do it perfectly — you just have to keep going. ♡
