Genex Tower, Belgrade. Two towers built as one gate to the city — one still full of residents, the other empty since the Genex trading company collapsed in the 90s. The revolving restaurant on top was built to spin and never did. Standing since 1979, still one of the most photographed brutalist buildings in Serbia. by @johnny.hh
