TOKYOTRON Tokyo was the reason i got my passport back in 2013. Tokyo was the last place I showcased before the world went into lockdown in 2020. I haven’t been back since. Until now. For my return to Tokyo— I am presenting a live collection on stage by Tokyo Dome courtesy of @head2head_wbc This time— I’m bringing two of my hitters with me. @johnny.penthouse x @xanderthegrevt NOV2– WE ENTER THE GRID. by @johnny.penthouse
This is our longest video on IG right now. Watch it to find out what your barber does after work 😂 by @johnny.penthouse
Here’s some barber lore for yall…Barbershop hangouts aka “barber jams” to be the place where barbers would get together. Often featuring food, DJs and chairs going all at the same time. Fast forward 2026, we are seeing the emergence “barber summits” with collaborating shops drumming up immersive multi day experiences celebrating learning, culture, hospitality and art. There’s something really special about watching a culture from what used to be gatherings just for barbers are now experiences that bring our clients, friends, and communities to share and celebrate everything that makes this industry special. This is just the beginning, Good Game Part of our new series, are going to continue to bring you the behind the scenes POV look of what it is really like to be a barber in 2026 pushing the game as far as we can go. If you are a brand, restaurant or community looking to get involved with us at our next summit hit our DMs! by @johnny.penthouse
When any industry starts to blow up, especially with the attention economy it’s sometimes easy to lose sight that the game is all about what we can bring to the table not take from it. Competition should bring people closer together not further apart and to be quite frank, the real flex is how we bring each other up not who makes more money. Introducing….. GOOD GAME: a coalition of barbershops who are passionate about maintaining culture and bringing new industry standards through collaboration and good game. Because when the game gets better, we all get better. No competition. Only the friendly kind, haha. On this episode: @paradoxbarbers x @12pell x @penthousehnl by @johnny.penthouse
A first of it’s kind 3 day experience for the island and every detail was curated with the intent to make our STMNT here in Hawaii. While housing folks from the mainland and all sides of the island in one space. Trailblazers flew in from across the states, Cali, SEA, AZ,NY, and all across Canada to lock in with a curation of talented artist of the Penthouse/Paradox/ family. Needle movers from their cities pulled up, gained knowledge, and poured into this culture we’re cultivating through creative collaboration. The energy and intention was to bring a different type of motion to this slice of paradise in the middle of the ocean. To everyone who gave their time and their energy thank you for being part of this chapter and for locking in to immerse yourself within the pillars of PPP. The seeds we planted will root a community that flourishes into the future of this industry, like the palms that stand strong from beach to the streets. We are forever grateful. Much Mahalos,
