POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hey I’m putting out my second record of songs, “Black Holiday”, November 18th. The last album of songs I put out was way back in 2020 during the pandemic called, “Thank You, Miss Charlie”. A lot has changed since then and I’m excited to share the stuff I’ve written since then.

Thank you to all my family and friends both old and new who contributed, listened, supported, let me play you the 10+ versions of the songs, and have just been cool people.

Summer Shed Commence

Warm up from today:
Minor Triads Circle of 4ths, 2 bars per key. Chromatic approach on down beat in triplets. Diagonal movement, no fretboard restrictions. Couple of hiccups, but that’s ok. Honest work.

Re-reading Zen Mind Beginners Mind.

To take the posture is to have the right mindset, no need to obtain a special mindset. Kill the Buddha down the road.

In a great place. Excited for what’s to come taken in Brooklyn, Ohio by @johnny4kark

Matte Blue debut @bopstoptms

Such a beautiful way to round out a crazy week. Live stream available on YouTube but nothing compares to actually being somewhere. I’m over the internet lol but posting this because I love these people and this space and this music.

Shout out to @samanthazakhol for holding everything together while I went way too hard for a couple weeks.

Thank you to everyone who came out it was great to see so many seats filled on a Sunday

Last night I had the opportunity to play with many people I’ve looked up to for a decade or so now. My second time playing with @thirdlawcollective (also second time in a “big band” setting outside of early college). Lots of lessons learned from listening to everyone else up there and from trying to read hah. Might post another solo as well.

Extremely thankful for how things have been going recently.

Meta told me to put a Cameron Winter track over top of this
