Hi all. It’s that time of year again. My 8th Instagram Anniversary. Just want to say I love you guys and hope all is well.

Let’s not forget a special birthday shot out to the late great Whitney Houston. If it wasn’t for her I probably would have never come across my incredible IG family. by @johnnyjay843

Hey family. Today makes 7 years I have been on Instagram. Who knew wanting to see Whitney tributes would lead to crossing paths with such wonderful people. I’m feeling exceptionally great to day. I hope you are as well. Much love.

Oh and let me give a one year picture update on my hair growth. by @johnnyjay843

I went outside today to see a musical based on the life of the late great James Brown. I rate it a 10/10. I highly recommend it if you’re in the Atlanta area. Those elders were getting down in that place. I wish I could bring my father to see it because he’d certainly enjoy it. Much love my IG fam. Hope you all had a great day as well. by @johnnyjay843
