Three run clubs came together to take on the Project 222 challenge, bringing the city’s running community out for 2.22 miles of pace, energy and effort.

A community warm-up for a world-record week.

Caesar Salad Wrap

#ad I’ve been seeing this viral Caesar wrap recently on my feed & you know I had to make it. It’s perfectly paired with the @dailydoseldn Glorious Greens juice.

Whole ingredients, cold pressed and big flavour.

Available to purchase on the Daily Dose website, in Waitrose and Ocado

Ingredients
* 2 large flour tortillas
* 100 g kale, stems removed and roughly chopped
* 100 g baby spinach
* 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
* 400 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
* 30 ml olive oil
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast
* 2 tsp capers
* 80 g raw cashews, soaked for 2+ hours
* 1 lemon, juiced
* 1 garlic clove
* 1 tsp dijon mustard
* 60 ml water
* 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
2. Blend the soaked cashews with lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, capers, water, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Toss the kale and spinach with the dressing, massaging the kale until softened.
4. Warm the tortillas, then fill with the dressed greens, sliced apple, crispy chickpeas, and vegan parmesan.
5. Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve. by @johnnymorilloo

Today it’s not even about the medal, it’s about the people and the community. After taking a moment to look at the medal it reads ‘We find our people, When we run as one’

London showed up today, the conditions were hot but that didn’t stop the runners, spectators and everyone else. I was looking through my camera roll, I honestly didn’t take a picture of myself but it was all pictures of all my friends supporting one another and amping each other.

@thelondon10k was the first race where the community where you could see each other from end to finish, run clubs joining forces and their was so much camaraderie with one another. This year it felt the same but even better.

It felt extra special as a @saucony_eu ambassador I was able to see all friends from far and wide to enjoy the moments I’ve been enjoying. Big shout out to the most instrumental key figure @ibbymotosho within the community, it takes someone special to bring everyone together.

In the mix of things, I’ve lost my voice and just wanted to share my thoughts.

Unreal experience with @skodauk watching @letourdefrance!

Grateful for this 3 day trip with them, from the morning ride with the cycling ambassadors to the helicopter ride, then watching the cyclists cross the finish line. The best part? We rode ahead of the peloton, so it felt like we were the opening act before they arrived. Nothing beats the atmosphere on race day.

Would love to do this next year in the UK, so please invite me 🤣

A trip of a lifetime with @skodauk 🇪🇸🚴‍♂️

I don’t think I’d even finished reading the email before I replied with “YES!” 🤣

This is Škoda’s 23rd year sponsoring the @letourdefrance … and yes, I know that because I got that question right in the sweepstake 😅

The atmosphere in Barcelona was unreal. You could feel the buzz everywhere. After riding a small tiny part of the route myself, I genuinely have no idea how the pros are doing this day after day, especially in this heatwave.

And then… getting to watch it all unfold from a helicopter? That’s something I can tick off my bucket list

An experience I’ll be talking about for a long, long time. Big love to the Skoda team 💚
