Is it possible to take over my dad’s company when he retires? 🤔🚀 Honestly, I don’t know… yet. What I do know is that I’m willing to learn, create, make mistakes, gain experience, and keep improving every single month until I’m ready for that challenge. 📈💡 This is Part 1 of a journey that could take years, and I’m documenting it all. At the end of every month, I’ll share what I’ve learned, what I’ve built, and how much closer I’ve gotten to my goal. 🎬 Follow along and be part of the journey from day one 👊✨ #business #contentcreator #personalbrand #storytelling #growthmindset by @johnnys.arts

READ THE CAPTION 👇 I’m going to take over my dad’s company when he retires - and this is Part 2. You might be wondering: How am I going to do that? The truth is… I don’t know yet. But before I figure out the how, you should probably know what my dad’s company actually does. My dad has built his business from the ground up. In many ways, he’s built a personal brand - just like I’m trying to do. The difference is that he has years of experience, works with clients, and has built a business that supports our family. He mainly works in graphic design and print, creating posters, marketing materials, and visual concepts for his clients. He also does photography and some videography, but his main focus is the visual communication and print side of being a digital media professional. Right now, it’s a one-man business. My goal is to one day take over what he’s built and grow it into a company with 50 - 100 employees, our own office, and an even bigger impact. It’s an ambitious goal, but If your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough. Follow along and watch me figure it out, one step at a time. 🚀 Praise the Lord. 🙏 thanks for helping me film @silvanmonroy by @johnnys.arts

Internship successfully completed 🎥🇨🇳 @johnnys.arts, @maxis__art and I worked for three weeks in Shanghai in the shared office space for startups @treetree_space 🌳 We worked with the startup @souluckyworld and their sub-brand @soulucky_kunlun. They sell Chinese wisdom bracelets which stand for different elements and energies. Our project was about producing two videos for social media. We combined my personality and lifestyle with the product, and both videos turned out great. Absolute dream team together with Johnny, Max and all the people from Tree Tree and Soulucky 🙌 It was definitely not my last time in Shanghai. I love it here! But this internship was a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I learned so many valuable skills and experienced so many things, made great new contacts and, in general, had an amazing time. In the end we presented our final product, the whole project, our learnings and @mym_connect (our own networking event) and got the certificate of complention. Big thanks to everyone who made that possible for us! 🫶🏼 See you next year China 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼🇨🇳 taken in Shanghai 上海 外灘 by @johnnys.arts

CHAPTER 01 | Networking Event Shanghai 🇨🇳 ⚡️ The definition of "Shanghai Speed" - this event was built in only 4 days. Very tight scedule, but not for China. Over 40 people showed up and over 10 of them pitched their startup, product or idea. Very proud of y‘all! You made a great move!🔥 We even had a bartender, partners and sponsors. Big thanks! 🌳 Thank you sooooo much @treetree_space - Beautiful location! 📸 @_kbalmer 🎥 @joel_zhh_ We don‘t really know yet what we‘ll do with MYM CONNECT in future. Maybe some networking events back in Switzerland. Maybe combined with a social run. And when we‘re back in China. Stay tuned and always remember: Every day you have the chance to MAKE YOUR MOVE 🚀 taken in Shanghai 上海 外灘 by @johnnys.arts
