On Monday our family lost one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known. My 15-year-old cousin Eleni passed away.

She was beautiful inside and out. Strong, kind, and full of light in a way that touched everyone around her. We were close, and my heart is completely broken.

Eleni was one of triplets. My heart aches for her incredibly strong parents, Sam and Angela, and for her amazing brother and sister Niko and Georgia. I was honored to be one of the Godparents at their baptism years ago, something I will always cherish.

Watching her grow from her very first days into the beautiful, respectful, intelligent, and unbelievably strong young woman she became has been one of the greatest joys and blessings of my life.

Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this unimaginable time.

I truly believe she is now in God’s arms, the brightest angel in heaven watching over all of us.

We love you forever, Eleni. by @johnnystopo

Thank you to long time follower of "The Gang" @migsbustos and this amazing group of people for making @johnnysbeef a pitstop on their Chicago Marathon Adventure 🙏 Congrats on running the marathon! I hope you enjoyed Chicago as much as I enjoyed meeting you all. It's amazing the connections you can make on Instagram and social media. Some of them have been following the gang from the Philippines for a while 🙌🤯 #chicagomarathon #philippines #italianbeef #connection #chicago taken in Johnny's Beef & Gyros - Lincoln Park by @johnnystopo

Wishing my wife Tina the happiest birthday! ❤️ @ttrstopo
You are beautiful inside and out, an amazing mother, and truly my best friend. I'm so grateful for every moment, every laugh, and every memory we share. Our family is so lucky to have you, and I'm even luckier to call you my wife.
I love you more than words can say. Here's to celebrating you today and always. ❤️🎂
Happy birthday boo boo! (I've never called her "boo boo" before, but maybe this will be the start to something new) 😀 by @johnnystopo
