A few clips showing that training doesn’t always go to plan😂but consistency, early mornings and a sore neck can get even my toes to point … occasionally😂

Life’s a bit like a trampoline…it’s got its ups and downs.
Just gotta get up, go again and always try finish on a high bounce (and point your toes).
