It's Wins Wednesday! Take the time today to focus on your wins! It's easy to remember our failures. We can get so caught up on what we didn't do or couldn't do that we forget all of the awesome things that we did do! A win could be eating a good meal, getting a good workout in, brightening someones day with a compliment, making time with God, crossing off something on the to do list. There's wins everyone just waiting to happen!

If you're looking to accomplish more wins with your health and fitness contact Armored Up health and fitness (352-461-9744) today and schedule your first session for free! We are located at 353 Plaza Drive Eustis, Florida inside of Grappling Mastery!

Thank you Living Drama Theatre and the cast of Number the Stars. It was a lot of fun and a pleasure to share the stage with you guys and girls. Stepping out of our comfort zones is such an important thing. Performing on stage is something I never thought of myself doing but because of my wife Nicole and son Aidan I stepped out of another comfort zone and had an awesome experience. I encourage everyone to not limit yourself and constantly try things you're not comfortable doing. We are capable of so much more than what we limit ourselves to. Thank you Jesus for giving me the strength and wisdom to constantly improve myself and break comfort zones. #Jesus #theatre #comfortzones #nolimits by @johnnytuthumbs

I got to do a last minute Jiu Jitsu tournament last weekend put on by http://www.tapcancerout.org/ . They are awesome people with an awesome cause and put on a great event! A big thank you goes out to @http://www.piscesrisingdining.com for sponsoring me and giving me the opportunity to compete. As always a huge thank you goes to my gym @http://www.grapplingmastery.com for being awesome and constantly making me better!!! This was my first tournament as a blue belt and I placed 2nd in my division. I lost by points in the finals and I didn't get the gold I was aiming for but it was an awesome time, a great learning experience, and I'm always thankful to be able to compete and do what I love. by @johnnytuthumbs
