Dry Brew is now live on Target.com !!
Stay tuned for the list of stores we’re launching in this weekend on May 10th 🎯

Pulling this launch off has been the wildest milestone for our team yet. I haven’t had the chance to walk through the behind-the-scenes, however it’ll all be part of the documentary soon ☕️ by @johnschade

Yikes! Maybe dont share this video please 😂

We are up against a tight deadline to get ready for our first national launch. I’m not sure if I can share who it’s with yet, so we’ll have to wait for that. BUT I made a critical mistake in preparing for this. I thought a last minute redesign of our retail carton was going to be a great idea to make sure it’ll be fool proof for anyone to open. But in doing so I made the entire carton useless because it can’t keep the product standing upright by itself. Normally this type of change is just part of the process and not a big deal. But when you’re up against deadlines you gotta be smart and I wasn’t lol. SO, the only way out of this is to execute on everything super fast and we’ll get it done.

Oh, also, I said ‘close to 100,000 units’ but its actually closer to DOUBLE that 💀

If you’re in Rhode Island over the next 2-3 weeks OR want to drive in to help that would be awesome :) by @johnschade

It’s extremely rare there’s a large industry event right in your actual backyard. The SF coffee fest was a 5 minute walk from our apartment and honestly it was still as exhausting as if I had to travel to Orlando and run a show. The fact that we were even able to have product for this one was a miracle. Picking up the pallet from Oakland was a total shot in the dark and if I never did that this entire show would have been a bust. My take on this is the more you relentlessly execute the more ‘lucky’ you will find yourself to be. I don’t have a formula for it, you just have to keep moving forward and will your future into existence. And yes, you need to have back up plans and back up back up plans because sometimes you’ll need them. taken in San Francisco, California by @johnschade

Rollercoaster of a week with this shipment and a few lessons learned when working with cross country freight. 1) call them everyday to make sure they didn’t lose your pallet 2) don’t trust them until the pallet is at your door and keep calling them until it’s in your hands. If anyone has a better tactic I’m all ears! Yes I ended up getting my hands on the product because I didn’t believe them when they said it was ‘lost’ so I drove all the way over there, had them pull up pictures of the pallet being offloaded from the truck and somehow I sniped it as I was almost ready to give up and leave without it. I had to get passed 8+ rejections to get the result I was looking for in this scenario. I’m glad I pushed through the nos but it still took a bit of luck to find this thing! taken in San Francisco, California by @johnschade
