Don’t overthink faith.
Some days it feels full.
Some days it feels hollow.

This page is for the days when:
– prayers feel quiet
– faith feels weak
– hope feels thin

If you’re here, you’re not alone.
God doesn’t leave on the days you feel empty.

Stay.
Let God meet you here by @johnsonpeaceful189

🐂
HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN
“THE BULL BY THE HORNS?

Have you ever settled for something simply because it was what YOU wanted, without stopping to seek God’s will? (I could write a book on how many times I did!)

Maybe because you ran out of patience for His answer? 😝
Maybe you convinced yourself it was the right choice, only to discover that peace was missing.

Sometimes, we become so focused on making something work that we forget to ask whether God is leading us there. Prayerfully seeking His direction means surrendering our plans, desires, and expectations to Him. Remember, God’s peace is not the only measure of His will, but we should never ignore His Word or rush ahead of His guidance. 🕊️

Before we settle, remember to stop and seek Him.

Some wounds take time to heal. Some battles are fought in silence. But even when nobody sees what you’re carrying, God does. ❤️‍🩹

He knows your heart, your pain, and every tear you’ve cried. And He is still at work in the places that hurt the most.

Healing takes time. But you don’t have to walk through it alone. 🙏🏽❤️

Delight In God's Word 10.11.26

But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates, day and night.
Psalm 1:2

Having outlined the dangers of ungodly influences, the psalmist pivots to the alternative path. Verse 2 launches this contrast with a powerful "but," introducing the righteous person's true passion--the Word of God.
This isn't just a casual interest or a religious duty. The text says his "delight is in the law of the Lord." "Delight" speaks of pleasure, joy, and deep satisfaction.
This person doesn't read the Bible looking for loopholes to see what he can get away with, like the Pharisees of Jesus' day did. No, He reads the Word of God because he wants to learn how to please the God he loves.

That closed door you cried over might be the exact thing God used to protect you. Rejection is often just redirection in disguise. 🙏

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man, but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
