Hard work
Dedication
Mindset
Vision
Self care

All these words describe what it takes to achieve you're fitness goals! There always has to be a day one! Take it one step at a time! One day you will look back and say i knew I had what it takes!

I decided enough was enough and gave it my all and am I ever glad I made that decision!

Once you have the knowledge its up to you to put it into action!

👋👋👋Id like to give a shoutout to my wife @saskygirl_fit For building me a meal plan and giving me the knowledge to make this happen. If you want to see the same results you better shoot her a dm and get started!

When did you realize that they want to keep us sick?
#foryoupage #healthyliving #thechoiceisyours by @johnston.branden

Been waiting a while to post this one so hear we go!

Many of you probably don't know this but this winter i got really sick. I lost my vision to the point where I could not even read my phone, lost a ton of weight. I noticed my body was rapidly declining day by day. After many hospital trips I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was a hard pill to swallow knowing im going to spend the rest of my life with this ugly disease. It took everything in my soul to not just give up!

SO! I took it upon myself to hit the disease head on! My diet has been dialed the f in! Ive learned so much on how the body actually works on the inside. Hitting the gym atleast 5 days a week, getting my protein in and staying away from all sugar and carbs has me in the best shape of my entire life! I will not let this shit take me down.

And I need to give a MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO MY WIFE @saskygirl_fit For being the with me the entire way, giving me the love and support I need and help me along the way with my diet!

If you read this much! Thank you for listening!
Pay attention to your body folks, my body was showing me signs for a long time and I was to blind to notice!

#foryoupage #motivation #mindset by @johnston.branden

Coming on here to show off some of my progress recently!

I recently had a life changing health scare happen to me. Let's just say I had to make some choices and I chose to take my health seriously and put the proper fuel in my body!

One thing I would like to add is i have had almost ZERO sugar other then from fruits in 3 months and I feel the healthiest and more energetic I have felt in a long long time!

And I would also love to give a shout out to my wife @saskygirl_fit
For helping me along with my transformation and giving me the knowledge I need to not let this health problem take me down! She is honestly the brains behind all of my nutrition!

It's time to find myself again. These past few months have been a roller coaster for me! It doesn't take long to get lost in the ruts!

Project do what truly makes you happy!

A glimpse of the amazing time @saskygirl_fit and I had in San Francisco California

Was a busy week we checked out the golden gate bridge, fishermans warf, oracle Park for a Giants game, alcatraz, palace of fine arts, and some great eats!
The highlight of our trip was seeing kings of leon and Zac bryan live in concert!
