What happens when someone everyone doubts decides to lead anyway? Johny Quach (@johnyquach) stepped into leadership at just 19. Now 26, he has grown Team Quachro Basketball (@teamquachro) from a small group of five kids into one of California’s largest youth basketball platforms with over 300 active athletes. Class of 2030!!! So grateful that I got to see y’all grow. We’re in Vegas this weekend for our last travel tournament before these kids go to high school. Not only have you guys grown tremendously in this game.. but it’s been such a blessing to see you guys grow as human beings. I’m one of the youngest in this game yet I got people tryna take me down like I’m a vet.. don’t confuse my ability to block out the noise as permission to disrespect me. The loudest opinions come from the cheapest seats & you’re there for a reason. People want to twist up my narrative and I still stay in my own lane. I’ve always chosen peace when I hear fighting words but you don’t want to go to war with me. If you’re seeing this and you’re worried.. you should be. I hear it all. I help a lot of people, do a lot of good, stay true to myself. And they hate that about me. For those of you that are building, grinding, staying true to the work.. and the noise is getting messy.. just remember that the people counting your moves aren’t making any themselves. Let’s keep moving the needle. Try to catch me if you can. by @johnyquach
