Happy Birthday to the incredible Art Simone! She has been doing amazing on Drag Race Down Under vs The World and I really hope she wins 👑 #TeamArtSimone

I will never forget my first time meeting this fabulous queen: It was 18th April 2022. I was a big ball of emotions, so nervous and excited. I was convinced the promoter was going to try putting us in a group shot and then sending us away without us getting time to speak to any of the queens. I can’t remember why I thought that, but nobody was ruining my first meeting with Art Simone! So when it was my turn and I thought the photographer was approaching me, I ran away towards Art so they couldn’t tell me not to 😂. She was an absolute dream to meet and we even did a selfie - a photo that still sits on my desk (along side my Miley Barbie 😊).
I also met her twice at Drag Con LA in 2023 and she is just the best. 🥰 Art deserves to be celebrated for the amazing talent that she is ❤️ by @joiceflow

Danny I am heartbroken you are gone. I hope you know how much you are loved.
We may not have hung out as much in recent years, but I will never forget the Camel Club days with you or a few years later propping up the bar in the Nightingale chatting for hours on end.
You always greeted me with a big smile and a warm hug whether it had been days or even years since we’d seen each other. You were my friend and I will miss you xxx

I am #teamdiscord always and forever!
Each year when a US season of Rupaul’s Drag Race comes around and I look through the cast list - Discord Addams is who I’ve been looking for. I’ve been a fan of Discord and Gidget for over 8 years and they have always been in my small group of drag top tier faves. I love them so much! ❤️
I knew Discord wanted to do drag race so to finally see her on there was everything!! I’ve never been so emotional watching MTQ or the season premiere. It’s made the season so special to watch. Plus, I knew that all the runways would be a spectacle and all made by her and Gidget. I’m always so impressed with every look they both do anyway and the runway looks did not disappoint.
Discord - I am so proud of you! Throughout the season you have clearly never let anything take away the joy of being on the show. I’m only sad now that I’ll not see you on TV each week, but I can’t wait to see what you do next! xxx

Sadly I don’t have meet and greet photos yet. One day I will! Instead here are some things I do have:
1 - My gorgeous merch 😍 (yes I know I need new merch).
2 - Tweets I printed off from years ago that I carried in my purse for ages before pinning them to a memory board.
3 - Birthday tweets I printed off: I remember I was in a bar in Manchester celebrating, it was about 2am and I decided if I wanted birthday messages to just ask for them. Of course they came through for me 🥰.
4 - Cameos I got recently: only screenshots I don’t share my videos. I’ve never been so excited to receive Cameos and I’m already thinking of my next request.
5 & 6 - A few general predictions I jotted down in December before the season started. I don’t read drag race spoilers apart from rumoured cast lists and I had so many ‘I bet this will happen’ things going round in my head!
7 - My current phone wallpaper featuring my personal favourite look from the season so far.

10 years ago today I was watching The Voice UK and that was my introduction to the fabulous Divina De Campo ❤️ I was blown away by her performance! I immediately looked into seeing her perform live only to discover I already had tickets to a show she was performing at - it must have been fate.
Since then I have seen Divina perform many times in many different shows. She is the most talented person I have ever met with the best laugh I have ever heard! 😂 She is such a lovely person and I am always excited to see her.

It was time for a change! A different colour for 2026 💜 I definitely keep my hairdresser on her toes and it was time to go darker. It is purple that shows burgundy in some lights (due to being put over bright red) and I love it. Saw the amazing Offspring on Sunday in Manchester. I’ve seen them a few times before, but it’s been 20 years since the last time I saw them! They were just as fantastic live, maybe even better! 🤩

I had an fabulous night last night at Nico’s 40th birthday party ✨ Seeing friends who I haven’t seen in a while, but who I’ve known for 20+ years was fantastic and way overdue! As soon as I walked in it was such a great reunion. I didn’t take any photos as I hardly got my phone out because I was having so much fun, which is how nights out should be!
