Sorry, IG removed the audio... Go to my Facebook page (Joie Fadde), where I have reposted the video to hear the audio...

The Notorious M.E.T. made it on TV this past Saturday night at the Mets game. Keith and Gary were talking about me for a bit, calling me the 29th Man on the roster... Yes, the season was lost, but it is still fun bringing smiles to people's faces when they see me. They then showed me again after the Francisco Alvarez homerun... I also made the official Mets End of Season video...

SPACEX LAUNCH: Shot this brief video from the beach in Rockaway Beach, NY of the SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket, which launched from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The launch took place at approximately 5:32 AM. (Yes, I got up to watch this)
I was watching the launch via a live stream and I caught sight of the rocket here in New York approximately 4-1/2 minutes into its flight.
The exposure adjustments were from me trying to zoom in on the rocket. The "Jellyfish Cloud Phenomenon" you see is from the light from the sunrise reflecting off the exhaust fumes of the rocket.
It's crazy to think that what we are looking at originated in Florida only minutes before... WOW!

The Notorious M.E.T., a Navy Veteran himself, had the honor of meeting this hero Navy WWII Veteran at last night's Met's game. At 100 years young, it was a pleasure to speak with Y2C Arthur Grabiner and his family prior to and during the game. Thank you for your service. taken in Citi Field by @joie_fadde

Two of my 34 laps for the day... A new high for this Summer, besting my previous high by 14 laps. Completed it in 18 minutes and 30 seconds. Working on being consistent with getting laps in every day that I am down at the pool.
Honestly, didn't know if I was gonna make 10 laps when I started, but when I hit ten, I knew I had to keep going... Do, or Do Not...

Had an early Father's day dinner at one of America's oldest taverns, The Old 76 House in Tappan, NY. Thanks to my son, @jayjay_fadde & @alliesossagram
The upside-down portrait is Benedict Arnold which was turned over by George Washington after Arnold became a traitor.

My dinner, Boneless Short Ribs over Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Veggies

Was blown away at how heavy this genuine Revolutionary War Era Musket is.
