Today I turn 51! I am excited for this season of life. This weekend I celebrated my birthday with an exclusive group of women who have helped me in one way or another through the threshold of Menopause. So they were the perfect people to help me to kick off my official Joie de Vivre MENOPAUSE SHOWER service..a celebration and welcoming of this amazing, confusing and challenging season of life with joy. We had a ball sharing, laughing and honoring our bodies! I FOUND JOY AGAIN!!!!
