𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗠𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗼.⁣

We believe it’s now more important than ever to ensure that we are supported, taken care of – and it’s ultra clear that we are going to have to be more communally-reliant than ever.⁣
⁣
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲. We exist to support Hampton women and their businesses. Every Hampton woman who desires to start, grow, sustain, and/or sell a business should have the resources, and there’s no reason, given the breadth of our Hampton family, why she can’t. ⁣
⁣
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟴𝟲𝟴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 – 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂.⁣

We believe that we can best do this in three ways: 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀.⁣

In lieu of a founder-led community, 1868 Collective strives to be community-driven. Starting with focused-topic chats via GroupMe, we urge you to unabashedly, and with full psychological safety, network. Share what you can spare and ask for what you need.
