The IMARA gym 🏃

Opens next week. Every IMARA broker has full access.

Treadmills, weights, full changing rooms, showers, sauna, ice baths and a massage room. All in the same building as the office.

We didn’t pick this office by accident.

We picked it because it aligns with everything we stand for.

How you show up in your personal life has a direct correlation with how you show up in business. Sales is about energy. The person with the most energy in the room always wins.

And we’re building an environment that makes it impossible to ignore.

Welcome to the IMARA office.

60 days since we first moved in here.

We’ve now got over 30 brokers in the business. When we launched, 115 brokers applied in the first 60 minutes alone.

For the 30 who made it in, the transformations have been phenomenal. Not just in their business, but in who they are.

That’s exactly why we call this the character evolution chamber.

Regardless of what’s going on in the region right now, the tension, the conflict, leads being down across the market, every broker in this office has taken a media-first approach.

We’ve spent the last 60 days building their brands, running their ads, getting them more inbound than they’ve ever had.

This is just the beginning.

3 months ago we launched IMARA.

115 brokers applied in the first 60 minutes alone.

Here’s what’s happened since…

We hired 30 talented brokers. Moved into the first IMARA office. Gym, sauna, cold plunge and massage room all directly below. Because if you want people showing up as the best version of themselves, the environment has to demand it.

For the last 60 days we’ve been heads down with them. Building their personal brands, running their ads, getting every single one of them thinking like an attraction agent.

The results speak for themselves.

While other brokerages are blaming the conflict for slow leads, our brokers are busier than ever.

But the business results aren’t even the thing that’s exiting me the most.

It’s the personal transformations.

Brokers hitting PBs. First 5ks. First 10ks. One of them went from never running a day in his life to completing a full marathon since joining IMARA.

Limiting beliefs broken. Mindset shifts. Psychology shifts. All happening right before our eyes.

Every single person in that office is on a pursuit of self mastery. Not just in their business, but in every area of their life.
