Happy Anniversary #30 to my sweet baboo - Gretchen Goldsmith. 30! How is that possible. It seems like yesterday when I was a brand new NBC current programming exec and I met a brand new news producer, who was so unimpressed with my chosen profession, I couldn't help fall in love. I feel blessed every day to share my life with you and our beautiful grown daughters Jenny and Maddie. And don’t forget Clifford, Ollie and Cherry. And a special shout out to our matchmaker - Diana Nyad - for introducing us! I’m wearing the houndstooth jacket I was wearing when I met her 30 years ago. Couldn’t get rid of it. My daughter’s school sent out a warning today to delete social media apps on our children’s phones as terrorist organizations are expected to post violent images of the violence against Israel. Or at the very least, talk to your kids and warn them. Cannot believe this is happening. Protect your children. Praying for Israel by @jojoqueens

And in the blink of an eye, our baby girls Jenny and Maddie, are 16! Happy Birthday my angel pies. Such a cliche that Gretchen and I never thought we could love anyone so much but you ladies are our heart. And you went from being our little girls to our favorite traveling companions. Since I lost my Mom and sister, Mother’s Day is bittersweet for me. My daughters never met them but they inexplicably are attached to them more than I could have imagined. I am usually in nyc at TV upfronts today but didn’t go this year. I am grateful for my wife Gretchen, the best Mom ever. And grateful to be with her Mom Shirley today and Gretchen’s family. Alzheimer’s is a difficult disease but every moment Shirley knows us is a blessing. And Jenny and Maddie love their grandma so very much. Thank you to my girls. Today would have been my big sister Jennifer’s 75th birthday. Cancer took her from us many years ago but she is so very alive in my heart. My daughters Jenny, her namesake, and Maddie sent this to me this morning. She would have loved them so much. by @jojoqueens
