@jolipnj _My home is my favourite place in the world.
My safe place, made to feel like me.
Soft, calm, somewhere my mind can finally be quiet.

And I can see it all in this ring: the blue sky I spend hours watching, the planes passing by, the light reflecting off my vintage IKEA chair, and the poetry of imperfection. The whole spirit of my apartment, held in a little piece of glass.

Getting to create it myself with the designer was so special. Experimenting with the material, watching the glass melt, feeling the heat and leaving with MY little home.
A piece that’s entirely mine.

I wear it 24/7.
A little reminder of Paris, of Sam, of home.
Somehow, it makes me feel protected.
Thank you a thousand times for this experience_<3

PS: my Seoul home around my neck, my Paris home on my finger.
I feel at home in both, so why choose? by @jolipnj

FACADE is a beauty study for @mirror_mirror_magazine inspired by five iconic
modernist materials - concrete, steel, glass, wood and leather

Drawing from modernist architecture and postwar
design of the 1960s–70s, the project translates
architectural materials into cosmetic surfaces.
