This has been in the works for a month now!My new series - Learning a new crafting technique each month of 2026 to improve my costumes after almost 10 years of cosplay 👀 (it’s a working title 😅)Come learn along with me! 😌✨✨✨January and February taught me knife pleats and mitered corners sewing. Two things I’ve never done before turned out to be super easy! There are so many habits and little quirks I acquired through the years, it’s super hard to pinpoint which were influenced by my size.These are not unique to plus size cosplayers but not many people realise how drastically being bigger changes the things you do in this hobby.I tried to resist it once upon a time and „act normal”, try to mimic the thinner version of me. Apparently it’s my tradition to post a pride pic at the end of June 😅 So let’s uphold it! This weekend was AMAZING 🦈🫧💦✨✨✨I was invited to @konwent.mizukon as a guest judge this weekend and was blown away by how cool and laid-back the whole event was!It’s a combination of an old-fashioned fan event held at a local school (a traditional convention style in Poland) and professional shows at a super cool stage and even a nearby pool.
