CLUBBERCISE IN SOUTH AFRICA!! 🇿🇦
For a million reasons this was one of the most incredible presenting experiences Iv had to date. ❤️
South Africa is beyond beautiful, the people here are the most welcoming, kind and thoughtful- I can’t actually put it into words how amazing it is here.

Thank you Claire, Ceri for this opportunity of a lifetime for trusting me to represent you both and the gift of experiencing Africa ❤️🙏🏼

One I’ll truly never forget. ❤️

One of our awesome instructors shared a video from this week’s YogaFit opening class and it’s gone a little viral here. Our opening class brings together a taste of the different things we offer, so when a few people commented, “That’s dancing, not yoga!” I felt like sharing a little more.

They’re right: the video shows dancing, not a yoga class. Yoga is at the heart of YogaFit, alongside many other ways to move, connect and care for ourselves. This week we’ve shared different styles of yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork, sound, and space to rest and reflect.

Our theme is May all beings be happy and free Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.

So yes, there’s plenty of yoga here, in many different styles and traditions. And there’s room to dance, move, play and enjoy the moment too. Here are a few glimpses of what we’ve been sharing together 🤍

POWERLATES at YogaFit Retreats 💪☀️

I love team teaching with @jomichaelsdance Jo so much — she’s the best ❤️

What a fabulous class, combining Fitness Pilates with strength training sequences. This is the second time we’ve presented Powerlates at YogaFit, and it’s such a great fusion of flowing movement, strength and creative sequences.

Jo also teaches Powerlates at her studio in Crawley, using the Pilates apparatus. If I lived closer, I’d be there! 🙌

2 minutes intervals of FP sequences with 2 minutes strength
Music was @pureenergymusic LIIt10

Did you join us for Powerlates this week?

Let us know how you found it! 💬
