On leave, back in the gym after a slight break. A simple mix-up of days turned into more chaos than expected, and I’m grateful someone stepped in to help. It reminded me that even when life gets messy, you own it, learn from it, and keep moving. July has been one for the books. ❤️

This birthday month has had me reflecting on just how far I’ve come. In 2026, I celebrate 20 years of service to our country… and in 7 days, I’ll turn 40. That’s a milestone I don’t take for granted.

Every day hasn’t been perfect, but when I look at the bigger picture, I realize just how blessed I truly am. The lessons, the setbacks, the wins, the people I’ve met, and the journey have all shaped me into who I am today.

Here’s to embracing 40 with gratitude, confidence, and maybe just a little bit of chaos. 😂 Let the shenanigans begin!

Walking lunges, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and thrusters… and every single one hit different.

Was running behind this morning (because life be life’n 😅), but the gym is my therapy—so I showed up anyway.
