Shoutout to my favorite emotional support human who also happens to be a dog. I got you in LA 12 years ago and am still not sure who chose who. You didn’t wag your tail for the first year - I guess you were deciding if I was worth it!

You’ve survived moves, planes, car rides, me crying, me laughing, and a million one-sided conversations where you definitely weren’t listening. You still follow me into the bathroom every time, which feels beautiful and normal and we’re not taking questions. 3 years ago on christmas eve we were told your eyeball had to go, and you still came out cuter than ever. Rude!

12 years old, one eye, zero complaints, and somehow the most put-together one of us. Happy birthday Checkers, you little checkerton cheetah. My absolute favorite 🐾

after vanderpump rules crushed my soul, i needed somewhere that asked absolutely nothing of me.

37 and Finally Getting It Right ✨ KIDDOS!!! ❤️

Well hello there, 37! 🎂

A year ago I was reality TV heartbroken, questioning everything, and honestly? A bit of a mess. But here’s the plot twist nobody saw coming (including me): getting your heart stomped on national television was exactly the wake-up call I needed.

Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules broke me down, but it also built me back up stronger. The cameras caught my lowest moments, but they also captured my comeback story.

I’m single, I’m thriving, and for the first time in forever, I actually LIKE hanging out with myself. In a few months? Maybe I’ll be ready to let someone else into this beautifully chaotic world I’ve built.

Shoutout to my girl Raquel and Jason for the inspiration. Shoutout to the women and men out there who are consistently just being themselves - which means walking into a room and sensing when someone needs a little extra love. We’re all a little broken, but some of us are wired to say hi to the cashier having a rough day, ask “are you okay?” when we can just tell, or go out of our way for a hug, high five, or smile. That’s my MO and you saw it on Vanderpump Rules - smiling and laughing is the biggest ticket to making somebody’s day. Make somebody’s day every day, and I promise it’ll come back to you tenfold. You’ll smile more, laugh more, and honestly? The world needs more people like us who give a damn. 💫

37 feels like a fresh start. I’m more confident, healthier, and I’ve always had boundaries - it’s just hard when you’re a very kind human being (turns out caring too much is both a superpower and my kryptonite 😅).

To everyone who’s followed this wild journey - thank you for sticking around for the glow-up. The best is yet to come. 💫

P.S. Over the past year, I’ve realized there are so many qualities in Tom Schwartz that I genuinely can see myself flowing through life with. At the end of the day, I’m open to finding somebody - whether it’s him or not, we’ll see. But now I know what I’m looking for. 🤷‍♀️
