Next up in my Fall/Halloween collection features one of my the greatest Halloween pairings. Loved Jack and Sally forever and been dying to quill them, I thought this idea of just the eyes and smiles was perfect. I even mixed a reddish rust color for Sally to symbolize her hair. This set is available on Etsy!

The Ghostface pieces! I had this ghost shape and didn’t wanna do a normal ghost. Then it just came to me and here we are. I printed out a second face and decided to use that as well to make a second piece! by @jon.quills

This cute little sign was def another favorite I made this year. The quilling on the pumpkin is perfect and the addition of the leaves and vines gave it that extra spark. This green is one of my new favorite chalk paints and the slight distress and font of the words tie in all together! Sold this one at a craft show.

Afternoon! Starting to posting some of my Fall/Halloween items! First up is this colorful scarecrow! I just really enjoyed this one mainly cause I got the chance to weave quilling strips to make a flannel pattern. Raffia substitutes for hay here and all the small details, from the patches to the wheat in the hat, make it perfect for fall.

Happy Halloween!!!! My last piece for the spooky season is this Shinning inspired piece. Yes I recreated the carpet of the Overlook Hotel with paper. I made this for a friend d enjoyed watching it come together —slowly lol. Enjoy your Candy and I may have one more trick up my sleeve tomorrow!

Next up are the cute ghosts! I saw one early trend this year was cute and pretty and pink ghosts. Like bubble gum Halloween! This is my take on cozy ghosts all ready for fall. The first one was a lantern I found at Dollar Tree, broken, took it apart and fixed it. Love the eyes. Love the second too and feel it’s even cuter than the first.

Next up in the Halloween countdown! Found this candy corn shape and original started it with an open coil style, but wasn’t working. So I switched up the quilling style and I think it was a winner. All these tiny loops were down by hand and didn’t take as long as I feared.

I had these die cut sheets from years ago and thought it made the best backing. Sold this at a craft fair in September.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s next piece!

Here’s the next Halloween piece! Well sometimes when you have no idea you just start quilling circles. I’ve been wanting to die in these pieces for a while moving the super tight coils with the looser ones. I thought it was fun to do and really enjoyed the outcome.

Sold this on September at a craft fair. I’m not saying it will but maybe a similar design in my Christmas collection.

I’m back, well I didn’t go anywhere lol, just haven’t been posting but have I been working, with Halloween so soon, I’ll be showing off my Halloween pieces! Most are already sold but was thrilled with them.

First up, I made two sugar skulls, this is the smaller of two. Back in 2019 I made one and it was completely quilled, I decided to just do the decorative elements in quill this time and I just love it. Sold back in September.

Next up in the Spring Collection is this cute little Easter sign. Lately I’ve been obsessed with taking apart pre-designed wooden pieces, which makes it easier to paint. The rabbit came off background easily, the border, not so much lol. I love this color scheme, I mixed all three colors myself and the same cream color is in all.

Next up in the spring collection! I worked with cherry blossoms last year and I really love making them, I’m also really good at quilled branches lol. I think this cute little piece would look delightful in any room. The paint job is one of my faves as well cause it has texture and depth.
