NOVEMBER
Happy new month Guys!!!

I’ve been wanting to do a transition video for so long 🙈🥰. So I couldn’t help but join the trend with this amazing song.

How did I do for my 1st transition on a scale of 1-10?

As we go into this month, may the one who we call and who shows us kindness, come through for us in Jesus name 🙏🏾

You’re going to your first horse racing event and have NO idea what to expect! 🏇🏽💕😂

Because why was I almost ready to show up in jeans and Nike trainers?! 😭😂

After attending my first race day, I realised there are SO many little things I wish someone had told me beforehand!

From figuring out what to wear 👗 to choosing comfy heels 👠, checking the race schedule and knowing what to expect when you get there… these tips will save you some unnecessary stress!

So I put together 7 things I wish I knew before my first horse racing event to help you feel a little more prepared. 💜

✨ SAVE this post for your first race day.
💌 SHARE it with the friend you’d love to go with.

Not me almost showing up to my first horse racing event in jeans and Nike trainers! 😂😭

Because why did nobody tell me there was a whole dress code situation? 😂

Anyway, I got the memo, pulled myself together and off I went! 💜🏇🏾

First time experiencing horse racing in the UK, and I definitely have a story to tell!

Be honest, what would YOU have worn to your first horse racing event? 👀😂

Some seasons are for winning loudly, and some are for growing quietly. Just because you can’t see the results yet doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep praying. Keep trying.

One day, you’ll look back and be grateful you didn’t quit when it felt easier to give up😊

New week. New strength. We go again. 💪🏾✨

What’s one thing you’re determined not to give up on this week? ❤️ by @jon_julie

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! 🇳🇬

No matter where life takes us, there’s something special about celebrating where we come from.

Taking my health a little more seriously lately has made me more intentional about the little choices I make; especially when it comes to breakfast and snacks 🥣

So here’s a little appreciation for @arlalactofree yoghurt, kindly gifted by @gifta_uk . I had so much fun getting creative and turning it into these simple but delicious yoghurt bowls.

And of course, my little unboxing partner wasn’t going to be left out 🤭 We opened the box together, so naturally we had to enjoy it together too!

Such an easy option for breakfast or a quick snack, especially when you add your favourite fruits and toppings 🍓🫐🥄

If you fancy trying it yourself, you can find Arla LactoFREE yoghurt at Morrisons and Sainsbury’s 🛒✨

A little goodness, a little creativity and some sweet moments shared 🤍

Day 16/28 ✅

We’re more than halfway through the challenge and fund raising for cancer research UK. The 100 squats a day challenge has been quite an eventful one.

I can’t even imagine how I have managed to stay consistent for the past 16 days🙈😂but it just shows that whatever I put my mind to do, I can achieve it( but I don’t want to jinx it ooo😊)

Please show your support by clicking the link in my bio to make your donations to @cr_uk. Nothing is too small🙏🏾

P.S: Left the house at 8am, got back at 9pm, grabbed a bite, read to & played with my toddler, did my squats, edited the video and now I’m typing this with a sleepy eyes🌚 at 10pm. I pray I don’t doze off when I carry my Bible to read my daily chapters 🙏🏾
