The RRC *should* be fighting to address this - but instead they let this leak go on for years: taken in Pecos County by @jon_rosenthaltx

What a wonderful way to wrap up our Coffee with Cas series! ☕️ We had a blast at Aussie Grind Provisions in Farmers Branch, joined by a special guest: my dear friend, former colleague, and candidate for Railroad Commissioner, Jon Rosenthal!
