AMP’ed in the Madhouse, OUT of the Madhouse! 🎙️⚡️

Live from the Shrine, I caught up with Crankdat @crankdat during his incredible run of shows to talk about what it takes to recover and keep his energy up while performing 5 days in a row. From the physical demands of being on stage to how he takes care of himself between shows, Crankdat gives us a look behind the scenes of surviving a nonstop week of absolute chaos. #edm #fyp #dubstep #dj #crankdat by @jonambriz08

Hi, I’m Jon Ambriz — Fitness Coach.

I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology, along with a minor in Nutrition.

My goal is to help you lose fat, build strength, and learn how to maintain your results without giving up the lifestyle you enjoy.

Whether you love going out, traveling, attending festivals, or simply enjoying life outside the gym, I want to teach you how to make fitness work with your lifestyle, not against it.

Through my partnership with @reviv_me , I’m also able to collaborate with a team that provides additional education and professional expertise in wellness, peptides, and weight management.

I offer group training, 1-on-1 training, and online coaching designed to help you build the knowledge, habits, and confidence to create lasting results.

Interested in working together? DM me or comment “AMP” to learn more.

First off, HUGE congratulations to Crankdat and his entire team on a successful GET CRANKED! 5-night run in LA!

The moment I found out there were going to be 5 nights of shows, I knew I had to experience every single one. Crankdat was the first dubstep set I ever saw and one of the artists who got me into this music, so this whole experience felt full circle.

Thank you to the entire team for everything you did for me and @paulharrisofficial throughout all 5 nights! And shoutout to Paul for letting me join him in the CRANKDECK every night 🙏

Also, shoutout to Wooli for the surprise Wankdat set🔥. #crankdat #wooli #kaiwachi #dubstep #edm by @jonambriz08

MH6 WEEK 2 RECAP 💜

Two weeks in, and the AMP Training crew is putting in WORK! These numbers show their total progress since day one. 🔥

We’re celebrating pounds lost, muscle gained, and the wins that don’t show up on a scan—like Nancy experiencing less back pain and feeling better since starting. 🙌

Everyone has different goals, and I’m proud of this crew for showing up and putting in the effort. We’re building habits that carry beyond these six weeks while still enjoying life along the way.

Four weeks left. Let’s keep this momentum going! ⚡️

WHY I STARTED AMP’ED IN THE MADHOUSE 🎙️🔊

Combining my love for the gym and the music was part of it, but I also wanted to give DJs a space to share their stories and show who they are beyond the decks.

You see them play. Here, you get to know them. 🙌
