I’ve now completed 4 out of 10 SCENAR therapy sessions at @danicaexcellence with John and I’m honestly so impressed with the results already.

SCENAR is a treatment designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing process by communicating with the nervous system. It’s used to help relieve pain, support recovery from muscle injuries, reduce tension, and even help the body cope with stress.

My body feels more balanced, and I’ve experienced noticeable relief from pain and everyday tension. It’s my favorite way to completely reset and recharge. Go check them out😎✨ by @jonasworup

Sidste weekends get a way til Føllenslev. Min dejlige veninde @maibrittcatrine bookede overnatning hos @skortskaer.dk ✨ Vi trak stikket totalt og var på mini bondegårds ferie.. Har stadig optur over hvor hygge det var🤟🏼😍🇩🇰 taken in Skortskær besøgsgård by @jonasworup

A lot of the times I over analyse my life, situation and being in general.. It’s these memories that makes me breathe in, stop comparing myself to everyone else and appreciate my life. I have amazing friends and family (although it’s VERY small 🙈). Feeling so grateful as im scrolling through my phone watching all of these memories from the last month. ❤️❤️❤️ by @jonasworup
