For anyone new wondering…What is the Jukebox Jam?!?

In a time where we are becoming more and more disconnected from another, a space where people are encouraged to get together for a night of soulful music and human connection is more crucial than ever. This is precisely why Nashville soul singer Jonathan Plevyak created The Jukebox Jam in 2024 and hast been hosting it annually ever since.

Jukebox Jam is a 1950s prom night-styled concert and a living time capsule. Guests dress up in retro date attire, such as poodle skirts and suits, while the venue is transformed by vintage décor. There is an emphasis on being present: dancing, meeting new people, and stepping away from phones in an increasingly digital world. It’s nostalgic, but much more about community.

Each year, Jukebox Jam incorporates interactive elements that make the night feel like a true experience, rather than just a show: vintage photo booths, thrift pop-ups, hula-hoop contests, Sage & Serpent flash tattoos, polaroid photo stations, and more. The room feels alive before the first note is even played.

Past performers across the first two Jukebox Jams have included Bre Kennedy, Bird & Byron, Kenny Sharp, Bonner Black, Arts Fishing Club, and Dylan Chambers, among others. The audience turnout and engagement has consistently exceeded expectations, and Jukebox Jam has developed a strong word-of-mouth identity in Nashville.

With the new lineup and venue, this year’s Jukebox Jam promises to be the best one yet. Make sure to shine your dancing shoes and get your tickets for you and your date before they sell out!

My favorite song off my upcoming debut album is yours today. “She’s The One” is out in the world to be free! I wrote this one last year while I was falling in love. This song is a celebration of love and the joy that comes with letting your walls down & being open to receiving love you deserve. In a modern world where it feels like romance is fleeting each day, may this song be a little injection of joy, fun, and some spunk in your veins. That’s what love should be right? I hope you love the song, turn it up loud and dance (especially during that ridiculous horn line outro, shoutout cam g baby), and share it with someone you care about. Regardless if you do that (please do), I’ll be over here with my headphones in grooving to this one. Xo

Shoutout to @luis.crono for the coolest single artwork on this one. No AI slop around here baby.

It takes a village and I’m so blessed to create with such amazing humans! Thank you everyone so much for your incredible work on this song!

MY BAND PLAYED A PACKED OUT @theryman 🤯. A literal dream come true and bucket list moment for. So grateful for the opportunity. A true team effort. Thank you @jimroachmusic @starbombband . That place truly has a magic when stepping on that stage. You can feel the legend of all the heroes that have performed there. You can feel the incredible music that has graced those walls. It’s a responsibility to give it your all there and we truly did. So proud of @lombardy_band . 12 year old me with my first guitar would pinch himself if he knew this would happen. Let’s keep it going. Onward & upward! Thank you to all the recent support and for all the people who have supported me and my friends dreams! 🫶🏻💘
