The distractions on Instagram are real AF… And yes what i should tell you is that you need to have plan to avoid them and get your 💩done… After all you are an adult and you have limited time in the day and you should have 🔹pillars 🔹content plan 🔹b roll reels on file 🔹pre-planned content 🔹blah blah blah All the things that strategists have in their back pocket to make sure you feel bad about yourself and have a reason to buy their offer when they are ready to sell ya. But ladies i am gonna be real with you. A majority of people on Instagram and other social media use it as a way to escape reality for a little while And if that’s what you want to do for 10 minutes, you aren’t failing… you are human….And there is nothing wrong with being humanThat’s what’s missing from most strategies on Instagram… So dance, have fun, send a silly photo to your friends list… I promise you’ll be okay later! Just don’t forget to actually make that post! I’m gonna be real with you for a second, and I honestly get it… We try to optimize the things that we can 🔹the things that seem easy 🔹the things we are others fixing 🔹the stuff we hear people say is a problem And all of this optimization is great but it won’t help you connectNot until you do this one very important thing… 🔹You figure out how to be yourself online 🔹What the real you would say and how you would say it Otherwise, you are just blending in with the masses, the ai optimized fakes, and the people that are just following the steps and not looking to make a difference. You are different, you are human that wants to help other humans! That’s why you follow me because we talk about human first content, we understand that we need to show up differently because our goal is to help 🔹Not be internet famous! This clip came across my feed and I literally screamed “HELLO” at the top of my lungs because THIS is where content is headed if we keep letting AI take the lead.CARBON COPY COACH. CARBON COPY COACH. CARBON COPY COACH.The internet is drowning in content that sounds “right” but feels absolutely nothing.🔹No texture. 🔹No tension. 🔹No humanity.We need real humans online again. Or at minimum, humans who still remember how to sound like one.Look at The Devil Wears Prada 2 We don’t obsess over that movie because Miranda Priestly was perfect. We obsess over it because the characters felt real.🔹 Miranda 🔹 Andy Sachs 🔹 Nigel 🔹 EmilyEvery character had texture. Identity. Point of view.You could see pieces of yourself in them.Meanwhile on social media?People flatten themselves out trying to sound “professional.” They water down their opinions. At some point in the last few years, social media stopped being about connection and started feeling tedious assembly line.🔹Post more.🔹Optimize harder.🔹Hook faster.🔹Batch better.🔹Be more perfectAnd now we all sound like ChatGPT wearing a blazer, hair in a bun!It’s just weird and doesn’t feel right for anyone.Your audience is not looking for the most polished coach online.They’re looking for someone who feels real enough to trust. Someone who gets them. This video was recorded a couple weeks ago… and was supposed to be a lot more detailed… But as is the case with many things that come with Raising Jack… well they don’t go according to plan. As a matter of fact he wasn’t even supposed to be getting a bath that day… but his big brother either has bad aim or was on one… so yeah Maverick peed on him so emergency bath was needed! Jack thrashed and jumped and bit and crawled outta the sink… even his peanut butter filled kong did not calm him! But with lots of patience, a calm dad, and some detangler we were able to get him clean but from now on… maybe even emergency bath time will be at the groomers! What works for you when bathing your puppy… bonus points if you have a jack! by @jonathanrhoward

I am serious… say no to ai creating your content for you! Say no to weird plastic faces taking your place on screen. Say no to sentences that are written in such a way that in theory they make sense but actually nobody knows what it means. Say no to videos that are just too perfect. Instead I want you to say yes to 🔹your original thought. 🔹your unique perspective🔹your awesome and groundbreaking experiences and use those things to basis of what you post… trust yourself to create content, tell stories, and have things to post that are super cool and uniquely you! And I know you may not see this yet, but your brain is your gift that will set you apart from the masses that rely on the cheapest and easiest tool to recycle all the same information over and over and over again into posts that sound nothing like them and will most importantly… 🔹NEVER LAND THEM A SINGLE CLIENT🔹So believe me now or believe me after it’s too late… double down on your human first content strategy or get lost in the ever growing crowd of creators creating meh content! by @jonathanrhoward

Let’s be real here… If you spend hours trying to think up awesome content that fails maybe you don’t need to think about what to post more… Maybe you just need to be real and share what you have fun doing… maybe a dance break is all you need…Heck, I will let you in on a secret… this dance break was 4 years old! It’s been posted in some way 4 times already!
