Rat Race Sea to Summit Scafell Pike Ultra Marathon

33 miles, 53.5km, 2,140m elevation gain

By far the hardest thing I have ever done. My body has been battered but I loved it!

Pictures 8-10 show the reality of the pain! But I smiled throughout!

Thank you all for your birthday messages. It has been a lovely day.

I'm now at the age where I am excited to be getting a lawnmower and a hedge trimmer for my birthday.

Thanks to my amazing wife Jade Taylor for making it special. by @jonathanrtaylor

What a day. Tournament winners for our boys today. They battled, defended like warriors and scored some great goals. Winning the final on pens was not great for our heart rates but to see our boys all go to one of the opposition players to console him was my favourite part of the day.

No matter how competitive it is, it was great to see the boys show great humility to the opposition and respect them. It was beautiful to see. Great respect both in victory and defeat. @sawtrycoltsfootballclub by @jonathanrtaylor
