As a composer, I get to write down the music in my head and very amazing human beings work extremely hard to execute the ideas and bring it all to life. I started writing music when I was about 10 years old and days like this are a reminder that I’m literally “living the dream”, and I don’t take it for granted. Thank you to University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for having us. Thank you to all the students who learned this hard-a** piece, and thank you to the greater two-thirds of the trio known as the Fourchestra @elonjd & @maisonic for their tireless dedication to the craft. Crazy to think we’re only 2 shows into this 5-week run.

The # 1 question I get from college students about to go out into the world with a music degree. Just speaking from my perspective & experience…Also, it helps if you’re just a little crazy…🤏🏾 😅
