Sad to hear about the passing of Carl Kamp, longtime owner of Union Music in Worcester. So funny that I posted this picture the other day. Carl SOLD me this guitar. I couldn't pay up front for it, he let me put it on layaway and chip away at payments for the next year. Any time he was at the store and I stopped in, he'd say "Hey Jon! Take a look at this!" And he'd show me some crazy modified amp or a rare lute of some kind.

Not only did he sell me a guitar that would last, but he'd have a beacon of light behind him if he was there at the store when you came in. Anyone who stepped foot in his store was special.

Also a fantastic classical guitar player. He surprised me in the acoustic room many times.

Rest in peace, Carl! by @jonbonnermusic

My old Takamine ESN10C

This old guitar has meant a lot to me, and has earned it's retirement (as you can see).

The neck is just as fast and comfy as I remember. And it's the only guitar I've owned that can stand on it's own, without a guitar stand!

Behold - the greatest pen of all time: the Paper Mate Flair. Medium point. Black. Bold. Shady. Gregarious. and...Superbly loyal and tough. One million of these pens, please. And to all of the haters: The Flair is a PEN. NOT a marker. Find your pen. And when it runs out, buy another one.
