What an epic comp!!

First solo comp and at RX. So much love and support from the crowd, around NZ and online over the live stream.

Biggest highlights:

1. Event win 🥇 for Event 2 (the run)
2. HSW in a workout, had to pinch myself after it
3. Sharing the comp floor with my bud @mateo_rech
4. Getting to see wifey rock the Elite field. So proud of her

@nzcfchamps you smashed it!! Well run, amazing atmosphere and professional all the time. Shout out to @deneflude and the team for making it all come together, I can’t wait for next year.

Now to rest, recover and get ready for Nationals. Let’s go!! taken in Grassroots Trust Velodrome by @jonclark23

Reflecting…

After a few days to catch my breathe and calm down after the previous weekend with @hyroxanz I’m more determined than ever before to challenge myself.

I’ve found a new energy with new goals and excitement to prove to myself that anything is possible if you put your mind too it.

2025 is a big year of fitness challenges, mental challenges and leveling up. Watch this space!!

If you have any challenges you can think of or wanting to do, throw yourself in and go for it!! What’s the worse that can happen 😉😜

Education is key 🔑

Whether you train at a gym, work in a facility with Technogym equipment or have Technogym at home.

Having the right equipment is only part of the journey, knowing how to get the most out of it is where the real value comes in.

One of the things I love most about my education role with Technogym is being able to support our clients beyond simply providing world-class equipment.

It’s about helping people understand the technology, discover the features available to them, and use them with confidence.

From educating gym teams and trainers, to helping facilities create a better experience for their members.

My goal is simple: give people the knowledge and tools to succeed 💪

Because great equipment is powerful, but great equipment + great education?

That’s where the magic happens. ⚡️
