To say that I lost my friend would be a huge understatement, yesterday I got the news that I lost my brother Gavin. Gavin is someone that I had tremendous love for and someone who was always in my corner supporting me. I am so devastated that he was taken way too soon from us. I am so sad that he will not be able to be at my wedding and that I won’t get to be the uncle to his kids. But I am also grateful that he got to be in my life and make the impact that he made in his time here. He had so much more life ahead of him and those that know Gavin and his work ethic know that he would have been great at whatever he chose for himself whether it was the engineering degree or whatever else he decided to put his mind to he would have been great at it because Gavin was great at everything. This last day I have been hoping and praying that maybe I would just wake up and this all would have been a terrible nightmare but it’s reality. I am going to miss hanging out with him when I come home over breaks, I’m gonna miss talking to him about all the new things going on in our lives and about football. But most of all Im gonna miss my brother Gavin . I am going to pursue greatness in all that I do in honor of him and even though he has passed he will be alive in me until we meet again in the next life. LONG LIVE GAVIN CORNIA. by @jondowell1
