The relationship grows where the investment goes. Fellas, keep dating your lady. Time, effort, and intentionality will take you a long way. by @jonesd14

Date day with my beautiful girlfriend, but this time we got to kill two birds with one stone. While she recovers from training hard, we still get to be intentional about our relationship and spend some quality, intimate time together.

Big shoutout to @sweathouz for an amazing experience, definitely a 10/10. We’ll absolutely be back! by @jonesd14

Proud trainer moment 🚨

From wearing baggy clothes, having long conversations, feeling frustrated from not seeing the results we wanted, and even changing her diet completely from vegan back to eating meat . The journey hasn’t gone the way she expected, but she stayed the course and trusted the process.

Now the hard work is paying off.

To anyone currently in that same position, understand this: if you quit every time things get hard or progress feels slow, you’ll never reach the goals you’re chasing. Growth comes with ups, downs, setbacks, and adjustments. It’s all part of the journey.

This is exactly why I love what I do. I get the opportunity to watch people become newer, stronger versions of themselves every single day.

@_loveejam Great job 👏 Proud of you regardless. Let’s keep going. by @jonesd14
