A weekend of Dad. My absolute favourite thing I’ve ever been. Megabrain wife @amandahukesmith was on a training course all weekend, cue a couple of days of craic. Not pictured: Accidental night time park adventures, lots of pancakes and a first viewing of Star Wars. 1. Prison Break 2. Off to dancing through autumnal paradise 3. The next one. 😍 4 months in and I still can’t believe we live here! Before you think I’ve won the Euromillions, this is 3 townhouses together in one beautiful building I’ve been absolutely obsessed with for years. It came on the market and I had to have it. In fact I knew I would, and despite a year-long pursuit, it being sold to 2 other buyers in the process and an absolute rollercoaster of emotions, I didn’t waiver. Now it’s mine. Finally starting the renovations, lots to be done but some absolutely incredible features to work with. Follow to see the progress and the real challenge of me attempting to regularly post things on social media 😂 Just getting started by @jonfordsmith

As work starts on the next project, time to look back on the last one. This was the first time refurbishing while living in the property (all the rest have been horrible little dirtbags to begin with). Delays in completion meant we moved in Saturday and the twins came Monday. Needless to say, that slowed the project timeline down slightly 😂 Sold for a great profit in March of this year despite a challenging market. As always, buying at the right price covered any fluctuations in prices to a certain degree 💪 Great times, great memories and money in the bank. Job done ✅ Had we sold when we originally planned, we probably would have missed out on our current project which is a BEAUTY, or at least will be one day. Timing is everything On to the next one by @jonfordsmith

The only way to end a weekend where Move It went well, we bought a house and our twins turned 4. Moving boxes and toys everywhere. Moët in a messy house. The most wonderful weekend with great friends, old and new. Love is my favourite and being surrounded by it, even more so. Congratulations @mucy_lartin and @clivestanden, thank you for letting us share such a beautiful moment. As always, the best part was my tiny, but very fashionable, partner in crime @amandahukesmith.
