You can’t change everyone.

But you can choose who gets your time, your energy and your trust.

Not every closed door is a rejection.

Sometimes it’s just telling us we’re not quite ready yet.

Keep growing. The right doors will open.

5 things to quit right now.

Trying to please everyone.
Fearing change.
Living in the past.
Putting yourself down.
Overthinking.

Easier said than done? Absolutely.

Still worth working on? Absolutely.

What is meant for me will never miss me. And what misses me was never meant for me.

That feels particularly meaningful to me right now.

Growth can hurt. Change can be uncomfortable.

But staying somewhere you know you’ve outgrown? That hurts more.

Keep moving. Keep growing. ❤️

Every day gives us something.

Happiness. Experience. Lessons. Memories.

Sometimes you don’t realize what the day gave you until much later.

Keep going. by @jonjayharris

A good reminder for today:

The things we make ourselves do today often become the freedom we enjoy tomorrow.

Keep going.
