Once more, it's my birthday and you're legally obligated to be nice to me today.

I think I've learned a lot about myself this past year. I don't need to bore you all with the details but safe as to say if I call you a friend, you will have me as a friend for life and I'll do my utmost for you always.

Now, time to enjoy some time with my very best friend and loml @kel.svg in beautiful Krakow! Lets see what 27 has to offer me. I can only predict that it's going to be great! With some perogis in the immediate future.

Love yous all xx.

"Accidentally" falling into a delicious cocktail bar in London because Kel needed a wee pre pizza. A most delicious and boozy unexpected time. Looking pleasantly tiddled.

A pub in Brighton after one hell of a train ride down. For a @lureinband gig by the beach (shit beach ((Brighton is great though)) too many stones).

Outside the railway in Greenfield looking furious for some reason.

Literally me chilling.

Me, really rather hungover at the perfect place to be in such a state.

Amos getting his annual head rub while Will guards me so I shan't be disturbed.

The Couzens wedding. What a wonderful day.

You can't have a function without "fun" or "unc" so here I am serenading Kel with a bit of let's stay together by Al Green at K2 karaoke for @falloutbuoys and @hanlewo_0 joint birthday doo. Water was pissing from the air con, booze was incredibly expensive and I think my reasonably poor rendition of this soul classic was enough to overstimulate Kel. Cracking night however.

Moose, sitting handsomely.

Lewis expertly photobombing an otherwise lovely photo of me and tha wife.

Cardinal rule providing THE GOODS as per, for @jc_skol stag doo.

Album cover model Kel.

One of the best meals I've had this year. First time having sea urchin and it's devastatingly delicious (considering it's cost per kg).

Moose, laying chunkily.

Last night in Paris, picnic by the Eiffel tower.

Juiciest French peach at the aforementioned picnic.

Kel mogging and me being daft as per the norm.

Photo booth tradition down in London. I got shit faced for Dolly.

Moose, being told that I'd give him the world. And quite rightly too. by @jonnybarker_

Paris isn't exclusively for lovers, it's for everyone, but it certainly helps if you go with yours.

London will also always be special to me, it's brilliant.

One of the best trips me and @kel.svg have done, for now I will be like the last slide for the foreseeable. by @jonnybarker_

So the years done. And for me, personally it's been a great one. Had amazing trips away in 5 different countries and I'm lucky enough to have done them either with my best mates or THE best friend I have, loml Kel. We moved in together this year, we got a wonderful lil cat (or turkey if you look at the second slide) and we are really setting ourselves up for many more wonderful years to come. In many ways, I couldn't be happier.

Last photo here is possibly when I'm at my happiest. Playing toast in a foreign country with Kel in some dingy bar. Soothes my soul.

Love to all those who know I love them because I tell them all constantly, be very merry and happy no doubt, and see you all in the new year.

Jongo out.

Ps: I'm gonna start "publishing" some writing I'm doing in the new year. Keep your eyes peeled for "Excess in moderation" Ta x. by @jonnybarker_

So it's my birthday, officially now. I'm 26 and honestly this past year has been one of the best of my life. I became an uncle, did a bit of travelling, did a bit of eating, a smidge of drinking, on the whole making merry, moved in together with Kel to a gorgeous wee flat...
Basically I've done a lot of stuff and done it all with the love of my partner and best friend, and with a lot of my best and closest friends old and new. You all know who you are, I appreciate you greatly.

I'm tired and mildly hungover, in bed with tha wife. Life couldn't be much sweeter rn.

Love yous all, as per you're legally obliged to be nice to me today x. by @jonnybarker_
