🔋Keeping this A3 e-tron fresh!

One of the cars I’ve had the pleasure of looking after over the last few months is this Audi A3 e-tron. It’s been great seeing it come back regularly and keeping it looking this good rather than waiting until it needs a full reset.

From the wheel clean and snow foam pre-wash to getting the interior fresh and tidy, a bit of regular maintenance really does make a difference. And that blue looks seriously good when it’s clean!

I’d say the A3 e-tron is a little underrated! It’s great to drive, has roughly 200BHP and won’t go below about 50MPG (real world) thanks to the hybrid system.

Backstory: Launched in 2014, the A3 e-tron was Audi’s first plug-in hybrid, combining a 1.4 TFSI petrol engine with an electric motor for ~200BHP. With around 30 miles of electric range and a 6-speed S tronic gearbox, it offers a practical mix of electric driving and everyday performance. Updated in 2017, it remained in production until 2020. If you can find a good late example you’ll have yourself an economical pocket rocket with plenty of boot space.

If your Audi A3 (or any other car) needs an exterior wash or full inside-outside valet in Bracknell, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to send me a message or visit my website for more information - link in bio.

Gotta love raspberry ripple! 🤩

Every exterior wash includes wheel decontamination to remove brake dust, road grime and other dirt that accumulates as you drive. Clean wheels make a huge difference to the overall look of your car, so I like to wash them properly!

This Mk3 VW Scirocco ended up looking great after an inside-outside valet with the customer very happy on collection!

An interesting one tbh: It’s a project car with low mileage and is also parked underground. I always notice a difference when the car comes in for a maintenance wash, as there’s nowhere near as many contaminants on the paint compared to cars that are parked outside. The spray sealant I applied therefore lasts longer than usual, which helps to protect the paintwork further.

Some history: The Mk3 VW Scirocco arrived in 2008, reviving the nameplate as a sleek, low-slung alternative to the Golf (the owner of this Scirocco wanted a Golf GTI, but preferred the Scirocco after the test drive!). The 2.0 TSI became one of the most popular engines in the range, offering strong performance from its 4-cylinder turbo engine, while the 6-speed DSG dual-clutch gearbox provided quick, smooth shifts. Updated during its production run, the Mk3.5 Scirocco received revised styling and technology in 2014 before production finally ended in 2017. Today, the Mk3 Scirocco remains a distinctive modern classic, combining everyday Volkswagen practicality with genuinely sporty looks with road presence and performance.

The owner of this Ford Focus has been a regular customer since day one.

The wheels look great after a full iron, road grime and tyre decontamination. And, having had a spray sealant applied, the paintwork really comes alive in the sun!
