Most people are looking for a quick fix, but real transformation doesn’t work like that. In this episode with Jon Youngs and Brad Tate, we dive into the conversations people avoid, complacency, misinformation, and what it actually takes to optimize your health the right way. We unpack a lot in this discussion, from why people get stuck to how peptides can be used as tools when you actually understand your body. You won’t want to miss this one.
