From Turkey to Scotland to England all in 24 hrs and even though the travel got me, you've just gotta push through and complete those gym sessions.

You ain't cheating anyone but yourself so get off that plane, that train, that sofa , that deck chair and tick it off for the day. Its you against you

I loved today's service. Pastor Malcolm was back in service for the first time in many months.
It was authentic and so emotional seeing him talk so openly and bravely about what he and his family have been through and how he carefully woven in his faith and how it was so pivotal in him coming through the last few years.
Seeing the family and congregation worship was 🔥 🔥

I am so proud of my little princess, my little daughter who as made me and so many proud. AKA @_sade_p
Sade works with young people from all walks of life in Birmingham and as advised, corrected, supported, and she is someone that youngsters feel safe to go to in the hour on need.

I was humbled and extremely proud to address the audience at Nottingham Council Hall in the presence of dignitaries from near and far.
To see men and women from the Windrush aged 100+ , then seeing tomorrow's generation from schools in the area was connecting the hopes, dreams, aspirations, stories to this very moment.

Today we celebrated the Windrush generation.
Many were flown from commonwealth countries after the War to help make Great Britain 🇬🇧 great again.

To hear the stories of those that have gone before us was mind blowing. there was poems, drama from the school children, speeches , testimonials which was met with joy, love and hope in the room.

Happy fathers Day

Precious is the gift of fatherhood,
Time goes as we have a finite opportunity to pour love, guidance, creativity, hope and dreams into our young.

Spiritual, adopted ,biological, head coach, teacher, youth worker all have an input in how we inspire and motivate the next generation.

To operate in love, guidance ad hope for tomorrow is a kingdom principle , God knows our world needs more role modes, more fathers who are prepared to stand in that gap

A Masterclass in defence from Arteta, players willing to track runners, players prepared to block. Prepared to suffer.
Not inviting the press, playing long into striker, using set plays and taking away the bite from PSG

The team have showed immense discipline and shape but PSG will look to wear you down and pull you about

Can they do this for 90mins
