Brilliant day at @wimbledon. Great company and fantastic tennis. @carlitosalcarazz is next level, @arynasabalenka, a world class athlete but @emmaraducanu proved she can mix it up at the top level. She will win another major of that I am sure. taken in Wimbledon Centre Court by @jonwalder

In a recent Stick to Football, legendary guitarist Johnny Marr talked about giving himself the gift of a healthy lifestyle, how he embraced it with positivity versus instigated by tragedy or adversity This resonated with me so much.

After deciding to drink a bit less this year, I actually haven't had any alcohol since January 5th as it doesn't currently serve me life. It's not a hard line, I just don't want or need it right now.
Gym sessions have been joined by more incidental exercise and in the last 7 weeks, yoga for 4-5 times each week. There is no downside, and with @walderemily joining me, it's the happiest we've been for quite some time.

Being healthy isn't about making lots of sacrifices or using negative phrases like 'cut out'. It's an investment in yourself and overall happiness. That is what it's meant to feel like. by @jonwalder

Happy Father's day @ecclesia157 . Papi, Dad, but for most of my life the question has always been 'Is that your brother?' 😂 taken in Hotel du Vin Wimbledon by @jonwalder

So glad I decided to watch this and delighted to see such a positive non-slapstick representation of the family alongside young black teenagers figuring out life.

Storytelling, empathy and real fatherhood. Not the trash they usually sell us on black men, absent fathers etc.
Representation isn't enough. We have to tell better stories.
Congrats #forever. If you haven't yet, catch it on Netflix. by @jonwalder

Repeat 5 times

2nd pillar

Happy International Women's Day.
The theme for IWD 2025 is #AccelerateAction.

This is simply right on the money. IWD is an important day to recognise and celebrate the broader contributions of women from all walks of life in our society. However it's action that drives change. It's action that creates new possibilities. It's action that turns hopes, into dreams, into achievements. It's action that creates a world where we won't accept anything else than equality and equity.

That's why I'm very proud of @walderemily for choosing today to act and move forward with conviction and purpose. Today @roseingslondon launches it's hatlet luxury range with its inaugural piece, aptly named Rosa.

A dream without action is simply a wish. Don't wish for something different, act to create better...
