POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Melbourne Marathon 2026 done and dusted.

Wasn’t able to grab the PB on the day, ending up with a 3:27:49, but being able to cross the line with my training partner Paul was just magic, we really had to dig deep to get each other over the line. Core memories.

The body couldn’t quite deal with the 5 week turnaround from the Sydney Marathon, but when i compare this year to my Marathon debut at melb mara last year (4:43:44) it really tells a tale, so stoked with the growth!

As always thanks so much to all the family and friends that made it out to support, special shoutout to my no. 1 @charisseo_ ❤️ + Mum and Dad.

Really looking forward to a summer of speed work leading into 2027.

First world major and a marathon PB at @sydney_marathon @wmmajors

Official chip time: 3:26:30

What a weekend, overwhelmed with all the support from friends and family - it’s been almost a year since my debut marathon at melbourne and in awe of how much i’ve managed to improve since then and being able to go sub 3:30 with @lifeofbpham !

As always my number 1 @charisseo_ going above and beyond ❤️

Another week down, many more to go 🐗

Big 72km week this week, one of two peak weeks leading into Sydney. Did not get my fueling quite right for Saturdays long run, but was super enjoyable. Need to experiment more.

Highlight of the week was the 29km with @lifeofbpham

Less than 3 weeks to Sydney, nervous but excited to get it done. 77km up next week, can’t wait to get to work.
