I thought I knew my body… until I showed my tongue to a Korean doctor 👅

I visited Sooa Clinic in Yongsan because I was tired of treating symptoms. I wanted to find the root cause of my chronic neck tension and why my legs always feel stiff when I jog 🤦🏽‍♀️

The discovery? It wasn’t my shoes or my workout. It was my big toe! 🤯 Dr. Sooa showed me how a lack of toe mobility was causing a chain reaction through my whole body. Ps. Can you move your big toe independently from the others? 🤯 Be honest! 😂

From pulse reading that revealed my internal organ health, to chuna over to traditional fire cupping and „tapping“ therapy to release stored emotions—this was the most holistic health experience I’ve had in Seoul 🥹 No „quick pills,“ just ancient wisdom meeting modern scans ✨

If you feel ready for your internal map reading, you can book an appointment via DM @sooa.clinic.global | 🇰🇷 @sooa.clinic or through @beautydaykorea ✌🏽

Have fun and stay healthy peeps 🤍

Gym culture in Korea is just…different Peeps! I can’t! 🇰🇷✨

Honestly, I could show up with nothing but my headphones and still have a full workout session 😂 From the “tiny towel culture” to actual body dryers (yes, for your whole body, not just hair 🤭) and free gym wear — the convenience here is on another level 🙏🏽.

It’s one of those things that made me fall in love with living here. For me, that somehow means quality of life!

By the way…my headphones decided to record their own soundscape today, but the info was too good to keep it in my drafts 😂 Sorry hihi - But hey real authentic life > perfect audio, right? 😅

Which feature would you need in your gym? I’m still not over the free gym waer and personal training ✌🏽

Thousands of miles between Korea and Ireland and then finally, this moment. The second she sees her uncle, she even kicks off her shoes and runs as fast as she can straight into his arms. Her dad in the white shirt, her aunt from London, and her cousin from Canada are all there too. Isn’t that the beautiful thing about weddings? No matter how far apart everyone lives, they have a way of bringing the whole family back together.

SEOUL FOREST X MEDITATION X SOUNDHEALING 🌸

Equals a very happy me! Needed that little pause for my brain and nervous system 😬🙏🏽

Thank you @wellpi.seoul for this little time-out & @dlerang_meditation_salon for the beautiful session - and for the opportunity playing the crystal singing bowls by myself ✨ I can imagine using them for my own healing- & cacao ceremonies one day.

P.S. I also discovered a new fun healthy prebiotic soda @breevo.official — peach was definitely my favorite 🤤 And hello, Seoul Forest?! How did I not know you were such a beautiful place to be? 🤩

XOXO & mucho love for you peeps ✨

The day before I turned 31 hihi 🌸

If any hanbok fashion designer ever needs a model — or someone is casting for a K-drama role where I can dramatically walk through a palace — I volunteer immediately 😭 I loved this way too much 🤭

Could wear hanbok every day and make it my whole personality💃🏽🤭

Thank you @babybellpop for capturing this privat fun time 🤍

The fun part of getting older 🤭 Morning movement, followed by a quiet coffee, soft wind on my skin and a lot of sun. Soul maintenance in progress 🤍 Taking care of myself or wellness often looks like this for me - the simple small habits 🌸
