Well it’s been a while how are u all ? We doing ok . Life has been absolutely manic lately working singularly raising two beautiful children and all the clubs and activities they do . Weight wise well erm I still need to loose a lot hopefully once I get all the health stuff in order and I get a bit more me time I can focus on that . Hello June really trying hard with my Weightloss and exercise and This will continue thru June not many plans this month just to carry on making memories with poppy and Alfie and living life to the fullest
Aiming for 10 k steps a day
3x a week on treadmill
Stay on sw plan
